About the Owner

Medha Kalra is the owner of Nutridiet2fit she has completed her bachelor’s from Lady Irwin College Delhi University, her master’s in foods and nutrition from Amity University, and is currently pursuing her diploma from the International Olympic Committee in sports nutrition. She is also a consulting nutritionist at CESMOR- Center for Sports Medicine and Orthopedics. Her keen interest is in both clinical and sports nutrition. She is also an IDA lifetime member She is currently the team nutritionist of the KOLKATA THUNDERBOLT PRIME VOLLYBALL TEAM. She also actively participated in the Khelo India Para athletes’ game as a trainee nutritionist under the  Sports Authority Of India. She was also a clinical nutritionist at BLK MAX Super Specialty Hospital.
